THE 2007 GONG DJ BATTLE REGIONALS

In the spirit of America's favorite TV talent show from the 1970s, "The Gong Show", Roc Raida's Gong DJ Battles feature top battle DJs going head to head on the wheels of steel in front of expert judges...and a gong. That's right, anyone caught slippin' in skills, gets GONGED and has to stop battling immediately. The last DJ standing wins the title, the prizes and international renown as being UNGONGABLE!

Grand Master Roc Raida has teamed up with Stanton to continue paving new ground for his way-over-the-top-anything-goes DJ battle series for 2007. The first Gong DJ Battle- Miami was held on March 24th at the Remix Hotel in Miami during Winter Music Conference. DJ Etronik of Los Angeles was deemed UNGONGABLE by world battle champs: Craze, A-Trak and I-Dee and has earned the right to compete in the 2007 Gong DJ Battle World Finals (date and location tba) against the champions of the battles listed below!

APRIL 5: GONG DJ BATTLE - BALTIMORE
Gong DJ Battle Baltimore Battle @ 8 pm. DJ ROC RAIDA. Hosts: LORD SEAR and DJ FAT FINGAZ. Performances by THE ALCHEMIST and EVIDENCE.
